I FIND it incredible that the council has assessed the traders in the Covered Market individually and has decided to raise their rents.
When money is still in short supply and people are spending less, this magnificent decision is arrived at. I think the people responsible for this situation should also be assessed individually and see what results are obtained.
That could make for delightful reading.
