A LORRY has overturned causing long delays on the M40 in North Oxfordshire this morning.
The incident happened at 4.30am on the southbound carriageway between junction 10 for Ardley and junction nine for Bicester.
Two lanes of the motorway were closed and remain shut for recovery work.
Drivers have been delayed for more than one hour.
Traffic queued past junction 10 and the volume of traffic also affected the nearby A43 and B430.
Highways crews took three hours to stand the vehicle upright.
No injuries have been reported.
