The scene in Juxon Street earlier this evening
POLICE have talked a man down off a balcony at flats in Jericho.
The man had been threatening to leap off the fourth floor of the building in Juxon Street since just after 5.30pm. The small street had been cordoned off while police negotiators spoke to the man.
The man has given himself up to police in the past few minutes, just as heavy rain hit the area.
Police have refused to say what action is being taken against him.
