BAIL conditions for the former president of Abingdon Chamber of Commerce – who is facing sex offence charges – were varied at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Paul Townsend, of Hadland Road, is not to contact witnesses and not discuss the case except with his wife and lawyers. There are also other restrictions.
Townsend has not yet entered a plea.
