IN regard to your report regarding Cottsway Housing Association (May 1), as a leaseholder with Cottsway as my landlord, I have had my problems with them.

New charges would appear on the service bill ‘caretakership’ for an example, with no such service being provided. More worryingly is that WODC, which part-owns Cottsway, back them to the hilt.

I appealed to Councillor Colin Dingwall, who has a seat on the Cottsway board, but have had scant response. David Cameron is more proactive.

Perhaps Mr Dingwall should take lessons from the Prime Minister.

As WODC has a ‘golden’ share in Cottsway, could it not take over Cottsway and run it as it did previously, at a profit I might say.
