I AM shocked to read that county councillor Rodney Rose has blamed the Prime Minister for the Conservative party’s poor showing in the Oxfordshire elections, telling your reporter that “It was a national protest vote against David Cameron” (4 May). What has happened, I wonder, to the spirit of Tory loyalty?
