  • Dean Coulling, 29, of Albert Street, Jericho, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Park End Street, Oxford, on September 21. Fined £600 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Ross Harvey, 21, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, Oxford, admitted a burglary at Upper Heyford, near Bicester, where he stole electrical cabling and plumbing components on November 7. Also admitted driving without a licence or insurance in Cowley, Oxford, on the same date. Community order made with eight-week curfew requirement. Fined £146 and told to pay £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Six points added to licence.
  • Maurice Smith, 66, of Brize Norton Road, Minster Lovell, Witney, admitted drink driving in Charterville Close, Minster Lovell, Witney, on January 5. Had 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £110 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Given 18-month driving ban.
  • Laurynas Urbonas, 20, of Heythrop Park Hotel, Entstone, admitted drink driving in London Road, Chipping Norton, on January 4. Had 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £200 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 20-month driving ban.
  • Paul Brand, 33, of Broughton Road, Banbury, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Banbury on November 2.
