Terrance Kerrigan, 48, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place on December 14, and failing to surrender to magistrates on January 3. Community order made with six-month alcohol treatment and 12-month supervision requirements.

 

Darren Brady, 28, of Green Hill, Greater Leys, Oxford, admitting stealing DVDs worth £72 on December 28 and meat worth £39.38 on January 25 this year from an Oxford Co-operative store. Community order made with six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and nine-month supervision requirement. Told to pay £60 victims’ surcharge.

James Swainson, 36, of Clarks Row, Oxford, admitted stealing two packets of vests worth £34 from Marks & Spencer, in Queen Street, Oxford, on January 27. Given eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and told to pay £80 victims’ surcharge. Also admitted refusing to give a sample to test for Class A drugs on January 28. No separate penalty.

Thomas Larman, 20, of Mitchell Close, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with his supervision requirement on November 27. Was sentenced for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at the Greyhound pub in Besselsleigh on August 30. Community order made with thinking skills course requirement for 15 days and supervision requirement for 10 months.
