A date has been set for the trial of a woman accused of murdering her mother.
Kauthar Silvera, 29, will face Oxford Crown Court on February 11.
She was refused a bid yesterday to have the provisional date of the court case moved on health grounds.
She was not present during the pre-trial review.
The Friars Wharf resident is charged with killing 52-year-old Vittoria Baker.
Ms Baker’s body was found in her flat in Friars Wharf, St Ebbe’s, on Thursday, August 16.
A postmortem examination found she died as a result of a stab wound.
