Just a month after going on sale in the UK, Subaru's new entry-level Impreza 1.5R Sports Wagon has sold out.
Supplies of the £12,495 car are now all taken, with many British dealerships selling twice their actual allocation.
But there is good news - Subaru's UK marketing director, Jon Nealon, said: "We have ordered extra cars" - and bad news - but these will not be with us until January." The Impreza 1.5R Sports Wagon comes as five-door model only.
Standard equipment includes all-wheel drive with a dual-range, low-ratio transfer 'box, alloy wheels, climate-control air-conditioning, radio/cassette/CD player, electric windows plus driver, passenger and side airbags.
