The Renault Clio supermini now comes with a new 2.0-litre 138 horsepower engine, fitted with a six-speed gearbox.
Called the Clio Dynamique S 138, it is available in December for £12,810 as a three-door, with five-door and automatic versions coming on stream early in 2007.
The latest Clio has a top speed of 127mph, and a 0-62mph of just 8.5 seconds. Renault dealers are taking orders for it now.
