THE jury has gone out today in the trial of three people accused of murdering Denis Witney.
Judge Patrick Eccles has this afternoon finished summing up the evidence after the five-week trial.
Homeless Mr Witney was beaten to death at a house in St Clement’s, Oxford, last November.
Wayne Cattell, 37, and Joanne Moriarty, 29, both of Mortimer Road, Rose Hill, and Daniel McCollin, 30, of Blay Close, Blackbird Leys, all deny murder.
