OXFORD: Thirty-five Mill Street properties were left without power after a fuse blew on Tuesday evening.
Southern Electric spokesman Duncan McDonald said the power was cut at about 7pm after a fuse blew in a link box, adding: βIt would have been a loud bang.β
Power was restored to 20 customers by 9pm and all by 7am yesterday.
