A MAN man has been charged with burglary and rape following an incident in West Oxford.
Daniel Smith, 22, from Milton Keynes, was arrested on Saturday night and remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ court today.
Officers were called to the home of an elderly woman at about 5am on Saturday following reports of a disturbance.
