FORMER British athletics track runner Lesley Owusu delivered lessons in motivation to pupils at St Gregory the Great and Iffley Mead schools in Oxford pupils.
Miss Owusu, an international 400m runner, visited the schools to talk about her experiences.
PE co-ordinator at Iffley Meads Hannah Shuker said the visit was inspiring.
She added: “Our young people have learned first-hand that sport can teach them so much.”
