MAY I thank all who supported the recent piano recital by Anita D’Attelis, our new accompanist, at St Peter’s, Wallingford. Everyone was spellbound by her playing.
Anita waived her fee so that proceeds amounting to more than £1,000 could go towards our staging fund. We’ve now reached our target and have ordered extra staging for our growing choir.
This will be used for the first time in Dorchester Abbey on Saturday, December 8, at 7.30pm. Anita will be there again for a sparkling solo in Constant Lambert’s Rio Grande and we’re singing Karl Jenkins’s Requiem and Ramirez’s Misa Criolla.
Do come and help us celebrate our success!
