I WRITE regarding your report (Do we eat or heat?, November 19).
The Government is continually complaining about our population growing older. But they needn’t worry – due to their lack of ideas and policies, by allowing the energy companies to implement massive price rises, coupled with daily increases in the cost of food, our elderly will start to wilt away, either with hypothermia or malnutrition!
We’re all in it together? Give me a break.
