OXFORD: A 41-year-old man has been charged with stabbing a 31-year-old man in the neck at a gipsy funeral.
John Mongan, from Middle Ground, Wheatley, was due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He is charged with possession of an offensive weapon and causing grievous bodily harm with intent after the incident in Iffley Road last Tuesday.
