HUGGINS Peter Frank Died 29th October in Sobell House, Oxford aged 77 years. Beloved husband of Sylvia, father of Michael, Susan and Richard, brother of Jock and a treasured grandfather. Former chairman of Harwell plc. Private family cremation follow by service of thanksgiving at St. Laurence Church, Appleton on Thursday 8th November at 2.30pm.
