Peppa Pig: Mummy Pig, can we go somewhere fun today?

George: Oink!

Daddy Pig: Where do you want to go? I bet it’s somewhere with muddy puddles! Ha! Ha!

Peppa Pig: I want to go to a land all about me! Where I can sail Grandpa Pig’s boat, drive Daddy Pig’s car, climb up the Windy Castle. Oh and go on a dinosaur ride for George!

George: Dinosaur. Rraaahhh!

Peppa Pig: And of course I want to jump in muddy puddles!

Mummy and Daddy Pig: Well, we know the perfect place to go.

The brand new Peppa Pig World brings the much-loved colourful children’s television characters to life.

Toddlers can visit Peppa’s favourite places, meet her friends and family and of course jump in the obligatory muddy puddles.

The new world includes seven brand new rides at Paultons Family Theme Park on the edge of the New Forest near Southampton, which will thrill the hardened Peppa fan and convert the not so.

A sea of cartoon colours hits visitors at the entrance and immediately immerses you into the animated television world.

The park is aimed at children under five years old with six of the seven rides not having a height restriction. Chugging around Daddy Pig’s Car Ride and going on Grandpa’s Pig’s Boat Road, floating into the air in Peppa’s Big Balloon ride and Miss Rabbits Helicopter Flight are gentle ways to indoctrinate toddlers into the fantastical world of the theme park.

Despite some dissenting comments from a seven-year-old, George’s Dinosaur Adventure ride won him over. As the only ride with a 90cm height restriction, the bobbing dinosaur take riders around to meet all his friends through the wonderfully smoky and atmospheric volcano terrain.

There is freedom of the indoor soft play area for children to explore the ball pen, fast slides and maze of tunnels, perfect for inclement weather and next to a coffee shop aptly named after Daddy Pig’s big tummy.

For hot, sunny days there is the muddy puddles water park to splash around in. Swimming costumes are a must.

The attention to detail is impressive. Around every corner from the sloping hills to the Peppa Pig house, the topiary family and the regular visits from Peppa herself Paultons is a must for fans.

And of course after exhausting Peppa Pig World the rest of Paultons beckons. With the more thrill seeking rides of the traditional Cobra Roller Coaster and Go Arts, to the sack slide and swinging ships.

A spattering of exotic birds and white kangaroos and the impressive dinosaur walk will add layers of fun to the day.
