Professor Green revealed his pride at playing O2 Brixton Academy as he brought his tour to a close.
The rapper from Hackney, London - whose real name is Stephen Manderson - admitted he had wanted to headline the venue for many years.
"I've been waiting a long long time. I've been waiting to headline this venue since I first supported @skinnermike there," he tweeted before the show.
He later said on stage: "I am so fortunate to be here."
His girlfriend, Made In Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh, supported him along with some of her ITV castmates and TOWIE's Lauren Goodger.
The rapper - who is referred to as Pro Green - performed hits from his two albums including City Of Gold, Just Be Good To Green and Oh My God.
"It's been ten years to this day since I was introduced to rap," he said.
The Professor also belted out a five-song encore, which ended with his No 1 hit with Emeli Sande, Read All About It.
After the sold-out gig, he tweeted: "London you were the sickest f****** crowd! This whole tour has been incredible - thank you to everyone who came out and made it do special x."
Professor Green is set to play Liverpool Sound City, followed by summer appearances at Scottish festival T In The Park, V Festival and Wireless.
