Sophie Turner’s gorgeous Galvan gown with sweetheart neckline at the 88th Annual Academy Awards is proof that stars can still rock the red carpet with eco-friendly frocks.

The Game of Thrones actress looked luminous on the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles in her beautiful pale grey ethical dress split to the thigh, which she paired with jewellery from Tiffany & Co and Christian Louboutin shoes.

The 20-year-old’s gown, made from organic silk, is a nod to the Red Carpet Green Dress challenge – an eco-friendly initiative which is now in its seventh year.

Sophie isn’t the only one who is walking the red carpet in sustainable clothing.
