The Book that Looks Good Enough to Eat is a new illustrated guide to Oxford’s cafés and creatives founded by editor Hannah Davis who dreamed about a book that would draw artists together by having their work – illustrations of the exterior and interior of a café of their choice – published in a book

Now a reality, the book is a full colour paperback book, published by Likeness Press which includes the beautiful illustrations, an index of all of the cafés with a short description for each, and a ‘What’s the Occasion?’ section, offering recommendations on best suited to working, holding a meeting, staying out late, or an outing with a young child.

A successful Kickstarter campaign helped fund the project, now available for £12 from likenesspress.org and a few businesses in Oxford, including The Chester.
