 * Moving on from all things festive, The Good Food Guide, that handy UK restaurant bible, is offering you the coveted chance to get involved. Based on anonymous food critic reviews and public opinions, The Good Food Guide is in great need of the opinions of all those eating out. And managing editor Rochelle Venables says they DO read every piece of feedback. So get eating and get writing and have some fun putting together crazy (but accurate) reviews. * Malmaison, known as a glamorous hotel and fashion show location rather than the place that prides itself on its burgers, has nevertheless added a really unique burger to its menu. Named (fittingly) ‘The Stack’, this new burger is a challenge and a half. At £19.95, it is made up of a 250g patty from 28 day aged Donald Russell beef, Gruyère cheese, bacon, sliced baby gem lettuce, onions, tomato, crispy onion rings, and foie grass slider in a glazed sesame seed bun. Hard to imagine anyone capable of eating that much, but it’s sure worth a try. For details and to book call 0845 3654247 or see maison.com/bookings/bookatable.aspx
