2 celery sticks
1 Asian pear
1 green apple
1 handful of kale
1 lemon, peeled
1 small handful of parsley
1/2 cucumber
1 tocotrienols capsule, squeezed, or 1/4 tsp powder or one vitamin E capsule
1/4 tsp MSM powder
1/8 tsp chlorella powder
Start the day with this weight-loss and purifying sweet juice.
The juice is rich in sulfur, an essential mineral that plays an important role in the health of connective tissues, as well as the skin and hair. Including a little chlorella adds extra protein and enhances cleansing while on your weight-loss programme.
Put all the ingredients, except the tocotrienols, MSM and chlorella, through an electric juicer.
