It’s here FINALLY. The biggest, most glamorous week of the year has arrived. So get out your poshest frock, dust off your highest heels and totter on down to Oxford Fashion Week for a packed schedule of events that’ll have your chin resting on your Jimmy Choos. From the five catwalk shows to gigs, debates, shopping, parties, champagne receptions and even a swishing event, there really is something for everyone from the designer to the ethical fashionista. And with venues from The Regal to The Exam School, Malmaison to the 03 Gallery taking part there’s no excuse not to. How: The Concept Show catwalk is fashion’s equivalent of an atomic blast, creating a platform for the outrageous and unbelievable. Set to shock and awe with a bombardment of intensity, brightness and the alteration of the human form, the Concept Show invites you to witness a spectacle quite unlike anything seen before on the runway.

* What: The Malmaison Lingerie Show Where: Malmaison, Oxford Castle, New Road, Oxford When: Wednesday, March 2, 7pm-10pm How: This year’s Malmaison Lingerie Show will be the most exclusive runway show of the week. The converted prison at the heart of the Oxford Castle complex, provides the luxurious backdrop for this exhibition of fine lingerie. The Malmaison Lingerie Show will celebrate the woman, through theatrical, glamorous and exciting design.

The event is in support of the Oxford Thinking Campaign raising funds to support the next generation of students. It will be followed by a charity auction with donated fashion pieces.
