Completing the ground floor is a utility and cloakroom. Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and an adjacent en suite shower room. Four further double bedrooms enjoy the use of a modern re-fitted bathroom and separate shower room.

Parking is no issue here, with an in/out driveway allowing for several cars and leading to tandem garage. There is even a power point in the front garden for charging electric vehicles or the family campervan. To the rear, the garden is landscaped to include lawn, patio and well stocked borders. An irrigation system helps with summer watering and for the green fingered, there is a garden shed, greenhouse and a summerhouse.

The property is double glazed and is fitted with solar panels with a predicted income of c£1,000 per annum with eighteen years remaining. Heating is by way of mains gas.

Early internal viewing of this lovely home is highly recommended.

AMENITIES Great Coxwell is a small cul-de-sac village about two miles south west of Faringdon, just off the A420 Oxford to Swindon road.

There is a small 12th century church of St Giles and on the edge of the village is the Great Coxwell Barn which was completed in the middle of the 13th century. It is the finest surviving medieval barn in the country and is now owned by the National Trust.

The historic nearby market town of Faringdon has a thriving community and amenities such as the Leisure Centre, Library, Faringdon Community College, Junior and Infant schools as well as The Old Station Nursery and doctors' and dentists' surgeries. Buses travel from the town to private schools at Abingdon and there is a community minibus service around the town on weekday mornings.

The Tower on Folly Hill was built by Lord Berners in 1935 and affords panoramic views across four counties. For over 20 years, the town has been twinned with Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe in France and in 2004, Faringdon became the first Fairtrade town in the South East of England. The town is served by the Stagecoach 66 bus which runs a frequent service from Swindon to Oxford and back. The town is also ideally positioned for the A420, leading to the A34, M40 and M4 and mainline railway services from Swindon, Oxford and Didcot Parkway.
