Classes, Courses & Workshops
As we approach the New Year, with all the accompanying expectations……
How would you like to start the New Year – 2020?

Noticing and appreciating all the good things that exist in your life as well as better managing feelings of stress, anxiety or low mood?

Have you thought of signing up to a Mindfulness course? Maybe you have already completed one but like to refresh and do it again? What can Mindfulness offer?
Mindfulness teaches us to pay attention, with a friendly interest, to what is happening in both mind, heart and body, in the present moment. This can help us to respond more skilfully to stress and difficulties, more fully appreciate moments of pleasure and joy and stay balanced through life’s ‘ups & downs’.

The Oxford Mindfulness Centre is running its Mindfulness for Life introductory courses from January 2020.
