LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES

Wallingford Sports Park, Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, OX10 9RB

Notice is given that Wallingford Sports Park has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:

To amend the following condition:

On four occasions per calendar year music from outdoor events (to include marquees) must cease not later

than 20:00 hours. On

two occasions per calendar year music from outdoor events (to include marquees) must cease no later

than 23:00 hours.

And replace with: On three occasions per calendar year music from outdoor events (to include marquees) must cease not later

than 20:00 hours.

On one occasion per calendar year music from outdoor events (to include marquees) must cease not later

than 22:00 hours. On

two occasions per calendar year music from outdoor events (to include marquees) must cease no later

than 01:00 hours

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003,

knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
