Licensing act 2003 notice of application for a premises licence/club premises certificate

Premises: The Mercer, 22 High Street, Abingdon, OX14 5AX
Notice is given that JJ Enterprises has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence / Club Premises Certificate (delete as applicable) under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:
Supply of alcohol: Sun-Wed 09:00-23:30 and Thurs-Sat 09:00-00:30
Recorded music: Sun- Wed 10:00-24:00 and Thurs-sat 10:00-01:00
Opening Hours: Sun- Wed 09:00-24:00 and Thurs-sat 09:00-01:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB or email to licensing. unit@whitehorsedc.gov. uk Representations must be received by 26th November 2018 The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council's website at www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk  

Date of Notice: 30th October 2018

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
