LICENSING ACT 2003. APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

The Applicant's name is Resul Asam
The postal address of the premises is Efes Restaurant, 10 Park End Street, Oxford OX1 1HH.
The Applicant applied to the Licensing Authority on 3rd September 2015 for a Premises Licence for the premises.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out on or from the premises are (1) the provision of hot food and drink between 2300 hrs. and 0030 hrs Monday to Saturday and between 2300 hrs and midnight on Sunday, (2) the sale by retail of alcohol and playing of recorded music between 1000 hrs. and 0030 hrs Monday to Saturday and between 1000 hrs. and midnight on Sunday, (3) performances of dance and live music between 1700 hrs and 2300 hrs daily.

If you wish to object to this application, you may make representations which must be made in writing to the relevant licensing authority.
