Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is given that we Charles Wells Ltd, have on the 16th March 2018
applied to Oxford City Council for a Premises Licence for The Oxford Blue,
32 Marston Street, Oxford, OX4 1JU for the following:

These hours will apply each day except Bank Holiday weekends (Sunday
& Monday), New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day not falling on
a Friday or Saturday which will be extended by 30 minutes. The standard
terminal hour on New Year’s Eve will be extended until the standard
opening hours on New Year’s Day.
Regulated Entertainment applied for – Films, Performance of Live Music,
Playing of Recorded Music, Provision of Late Night Refreshment, Sale or
Supply of Alcohol.
The application is also made for internal and external structural changes
to the current layout – including but not limited to a re-plan of the ground
floor, formation of toilets on the first floor, conversion of current cellar into
food prep kitchen, redesign of the ground floor courtyard, new doors to the
rear of the conservatory and the provision of fixed seating throughout.

may be inspected at Oxford City Council, St Aldate’s Chambers,
109 St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1DS, free of charge during office hours.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make written
representations by 13 April 2018.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary
conviction of up to £5,000.
