THE CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (METHOD OF PAYMENT OF CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 20 February 2018 Cherwell District Council, following consultation with the Police and with the consent of the Oxfordshire County Council, made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order, which is to come into force on 16 March 2018, is to vary the Cherwell District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Banbury, Bicester and Kidlington) (No. 2) Order 2011, in order to allow for the introduction of a'pay on exit'system at such of the Council's off-street parking places as it may determine from time to time. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection at the Council s main office at the address below between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Mondays to Fridays, and at the following addresses:
