Notice under Article 13 of application for planning permission

Proposed Development at land east of Monkswood, Pinkhill Lane, Eynsham, Oxfordshire

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

Application is being made to West Oxfordshire District Council by Chesside Homes Ltd

For planning permission on land to the east of Pinkhill Lane, Eynsham relating to the erection of fifty two dwellings with associated parking spaces and using Pinkhill Lane as access.

Any owner of the land (namely a freeholder or a person entitled to an unexpired term of at least 7 years under a lease) who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council about the application should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice to the Head of Planning and Strategic Housing West Oxfordshire District Council Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, OX28 1PB
