Proposed development at: OS Parcel 4200 Adjoining and North East of A4095 and Adjoining and South West of Howes Lane, Bicester
Development description: Erection of up to 53,000 sqm of floor space to be for B1, B2 and B8 (use classes) employment provision within two employment zones covering an area of 9.45ha; parking and service areas to serve the employment zones; a new access off the Middleton Stoney Road (B4030); temporary access of Howes Lane pending the delivery of the realigned Howes Lane; 4.5ha of residential land; internal roads, paths and cycleways; landscaping including strategic green infrastructure (G1); provision of sustainable urban systems (suds) incorporating landscaped areas with balancing ponds and swales, associated utilities

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015, the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 (EIA Regulations), the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Inspectors) (Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules
2000.
Albion Land Two Limited appealed to the Secretary of State against the refusal of planning permission by Cherwell District Council (application dated 6 October 2014) for planning permission for the above description of development (Planning Application 14/01675/OUT), on 18 November 2016. The proposals were considered at a Public Inquiry commencing on 12 September 2017, which is now adjourned.

This notice is to advise you that the Appellant has submitted amended Parameter Plans and has asked for the Appeal to be determined on the basis of these amended Plans.


The Appellants have also produced an accompanying Note which confirms that the amendments to the Parameter Plans do not alter the conclusions of the updated Environmental Statement (June 2017). The amended Parameter Plans and the Note can be viewed online via www.publicaccess.cherwell.gov.uk by searching Application Ref: 14/01675/OUT. In addition, members of the public may inspect the same documents at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA.
