BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL SECTION 21 TOWN POLICE CLAUSES ACT 1847 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act as amended which
when it comes into force will have the effect of closing the following roads:-
(a) St. James's Street
(b) George Street
(c) High Street
(d) Chapel Street
(e) Dorset Gardens
(f) Steine Street
(g) Manchester Street
(h) Charles Street
(i) Broad Street
(j) Madeira Place
(k) Camelford Street
(l) Margaret Street
(m)Wentworth Street
(n) Rock Place
(o) New Steine
(p) St James Ave
(q) Devonshire Place
(r) Pavillion Street
(s) Princes Street
(t) A259 Marine Parade from Aquarium Roundabout to Lower Rock Gardens
(u) Cavendish Street
2.The Order is necessary to allow safety management of Pride Village Party
3.The Order comes into force on 5th August 2017 for two days or until such sooner time as the event is completed.
