SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Article 4(1) Direction for Kingsholme Close in the East Hagbourne Conservation Area. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 Article 4(1)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Article 4(1) Direction served 15 February 2017 in respect of Kingsholme Close in the East Hagbourne Conservation Area was confirmed by meeting of the Council's Cabinet. The date of Confirmation is hereby given as 4 July 2017.
The Article 4(1) Direction withdraws permission granted by Article 3 of the said Order for the following classes of development described in Parts 1, 2 and 11 of Schedule 2 to the above Order which would front a public highway.
