Application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement

Proposed development at OS Parcel 4200 Adjoining And North East Of A4095 And Adjoining And South West Of, Howes Lane Bicester (17/01090/OUT)

I give notice that Albion Land Two Limited have applied to Cherwell District Council on 16 May 2017 for planning permission for; "Development of B1, B2 and B8 (Use Classes) employment buildings, including landscaping; parking and service areas; balancing ponds and swales; and associated utilities and infrastructure. Construction of a new access off Middleton Stoney Road (B4030); temporary access off Howes Lane; internal roads, footways and cycleways." and the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposal constitutes "major" development and the proposed development would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of a Conservation Area and Public Rights of Way.

at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 21 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application are available to view through the Council's website via the Online Planning Service at http://www.publicaccess. cherwell.gov.uk/online-applications/ Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is issued, therefore you are advised to monitor the application's progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans will be posted.

Copies of the application and the Environmental Statement have also been sent to the relevant Parish/Town Councils.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the application and the Environmental Statement by prior appointment from Quod, Emma Lancaster, Capitol Bond Court Leeds LS1 5SP. There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement.
