The Oxfordshire County Council, Bucknell Bridleway No. 1 (part) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017
The Order, made on 12th April 2017, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 200m of Bucknell Br 1 that runs from OS Grid Reference SP 5602 2565 adjacent to allotment gardens, Bainton Road, east-north-eastwards through the gardens of Nos 10,9 and 7 Bainton Road, Bucknell, then north-north-eastwards through land belonging to Yew Tree House to SP 5609 2583 to a line running for 230m from SP 5602 2565 north-north-westwards along the grass track that runs between the allotment gardens and No 10 Bainton Rd to SP 5601 2567, north-north-eastwards, east-south-eastwards and east-south-eastwards around the perimeter of land fronting Yew Tree House to SP 5609 2583 where it re-joins the existing bridleway as shown on the Order map. price of £3.50 per Order.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Senior Rights of Way Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map and Commons, Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford OX1 1NE not later than 26th May 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn,the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
The County Council will consider all correspondence, objections and representations received in response to this consultation. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
