The Oxfordshire County Council, Weston-on-the-Green Footpath No. 22 (part) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017
The Order, made on 15th February 2017 if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 35m ofWeston-on-the-Green Fp 22 that runs from North Lane,Weston-on-the-Green at OS Grid Reference SP 5313 1896, north-westwards directly through the curtilage of the property Stoneyfields to its north-western corner at SP 5310 1898 to a line running for 30m from a point 17m further west-south-westwards along North Lane at SP 5311 1895 and which runs north-north-westwards to the same point at the north-western corner of Stoneyfields at SP 5310 1898 where it re-joins the existing footpath. as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Senior Rights ofWay Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map and Commons, Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford OX1 1NE, not later than 5th May 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. The County Council will consider all correspondence, objections and representations received in response to this consultation. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
