NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 VALE OF WHITE HORSE DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH LONGWORTH No 13 (LAND AT SPRING HILL FARM, SOUTHMOOR) PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017
On Friday 24 February 2017 Vale of White Horse District Council confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the footpath as described in Schedule 1 of this notice and as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton OX14 4SB from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £10. This Order will come into force on the date that Oxfordshire County Council certifies the Order, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

PART 2
Description of site of alternative footpath (A - C - D - B as indicated on the map) Path to be created
Public Footpath, 3 metres wide commencing at Grid Reference 3904 9783 (Point A) and running in a generally southerly direction for a distance of approximately 59 metres to Grid Reference 3905 9778 (Point C) then running in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 141 metres to Grid Reference 3918 9772 (Point D) then turning and running in an east north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 16 metres to Grid Reference 3920 9773 (Point B) Dated: Monday 27 February 2017
