The Planning Acts require the District Council to give notice that it has received the following applications
P16/S3609/O (MD) * Outline Planning Permission for up to 175 Dwellings, associated open space and infrastructure. Land to the South of A4130 Didcot.
P16/S4223/O * (MD) Outline planning application for up to 130 dwellings (including up to 40% affordable housing), structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space, vehicular access from St Helen's Avenue and associated ancillary works. All matters reserved with the exception of the main vehicular access. Land at St Helen's Avenue Benson.
P17/S0164/O (MD) * (CA/LB) Proposed residential development including new access from Didcot Road following demolition of existing buildings to southern portion of site. Little Martins Field, land east of Waterman's Lane north east of Didcot Road Brightwell-cum-Sotwell OX10 0RY.
P17/S0229/O (CA) * Single storey dwelling. Land to rear of 24 & 26 The Green North Warborough OX10 7DP.
P17/S0408/O (CA) * Three dwellings with access. Cuckoo Pen Field The Green North Warborough OX10 7DP.
P17/S0533/LB /LB 1. Removal of external roughcast cement render to reveal original brickwork on all historic parts of property. 2. Repair of roofs and gutters on whole property: replacement of slipped and broken tiles, repair of gutters and replacement where necessary, replacement of existing mortar flashing with lead flashing, repair of existing lead flashing.
3. Removal of modern brick fascia to reveal original inglenook fireplace in sitting room. Installation of wood-burning stove.

4. Replacement of lead roof on awning at front of property. Installation of an additional wood and brick supporting column (to match existing). 5. Removal of modern block wall abutting front left corner of property. The Old Bakehouse 9 Ilges Lane Cholsey OX10 9NU.

P17/S0534/LB /LB Remove existing tiles, fit insulation, refit tiles where possible. Supplement with matching tiles from local supplier as required. Lower Grange Drayton St Leonard

P17/S0655/LB /LB Demolition of internal wall of modern part of house (1970s) to join kitchen and dining room. Make existing window floor to ceiling. May Tree Cottage 18 High Street Long Wittenham OX14 4QQ.
