(VARIOUS STREETS, OXFORD) (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) CONSOLIDATION
(VARIATION N0.11) ORDER,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 23 January 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order, which comes into force on 30 January 2017 further amends The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Streets, Oxford) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) Consolidation Order 2009 with the following effect: In Elizabeth Jennings Way - Double Yellow Lines (Prohibition of Waiting at AnyTime) have been extended by a few metres on either side of the Canal Bridge and on the northern side from Rackham Place north-eastwards towards the mini-roundabout. The earlier proposals regarding other roads in this area are being reconsidered for further consultation. Documents giving detailed particulars of the order are available for public inspection at County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND from 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and at Summertown Library South Parade, Oxford, OX2 7JN Monday & Friday 9.30am -5.30pm,Tuesday & Thursday 9.30am - 7.00pm, Saturday
9.00am - 4.30pm.
If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirementofthisActor ofanyinstrumentmade under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from the 23 January 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
