NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT
MODIFICATION ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980,WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDEACT 1981
The Oxfordshire County Council, Stanton Harcourt Bridleway No.12 (part) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017
The Order, made on 10th January 2017, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 779m of Stanton Harcourt BR 12 near Stanton Harcourt village that runs from OS Grid Ref SP 4010 0530 south-eastwards across the Controlled Reclamation Landfill Site and haul road at Dix Pit to SP 4053 0477 and then west-south-westwards back across the haul road to SP 4045 0473 to a line running following the edge of the Controlled Reclamation Landfill Site for 835m from SP 4010 0530 south-westwards along its north-western boundary to SP 4000 0521 then south-eastwards avoiding the haul road (and north-east of the River Windrush) to SP 4045 0473 where it re-joins the existing bridleway as shown on the Order map.

telephone 01865 880525 Copies of the Order,the Order map and an explanatory statement may be purchased from Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map & Commons, Signal Court, Old Station Way, Eynsham Oxford OX29 4TL, at the price of £3.50 per Order Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Senior Rights of Way Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map and Commons, Signal Court, Old Station Way, Eynsham, Oxford, OX29 4TL, not later than 17th February 201 7. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
The County Council will consider all correspondence, objections and representations received in response to this consultation. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
