We the undersigned state that the Un-Registered Land status was confirmed by the UK Land Registry in May 2011. We have erected fencing designating the plot & intend to acquire this land through the process of The Doctrine of Adverse Possession.

The fencing is owned by the undersigned & any person found damaging, removing or altering will be prosecuted.

The object is to acquire the Green Space for the benefit of the residents of Marston Oxford.

Any claimants with due accredited documents of ownership may appeal to the undersigned within the due legal period of time.
