Notice Under Article 38 Of Proposal For Local Development Order Granting Planning Permission

Proposed development at: Hill Farm, Appleford, Didcot
I give notice that the Vale of White Horse District Council proposes to make a local development order granting planning permission to permit commercial development comprising: ? Maximum 115,000 sq m of floorspace of which:

- Class B2 General industry - up to 5,000 sq m (of which 500 sq m waste management facility)

- Data centre only and no other use falling within Class B8 - up to 110,000 sq m

- Battery storage and no other use falling within Class B8 - up to 20,000 sq m

A copy of the draft order and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order are available for inspection at the council offices, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton 0X14 4SB from 10am to 12noon Monday to Friday, and are published on the council's web site at: www.
