Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/23854/FUL. Proposal: Construction of 27 no. dwellings with off street parking and associated infrastructure for Calvert Homes (Cononley) Ltd. Location: Land Off Meadow Lane/Moorfoot Lane Cononley Reason(s): Is a Major Development proposal. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
