NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Oxfordshire County Council, Tetsworth Footpath No 65 and Lewknor Footpath No 1 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2021 The Order, made on 22nd November 2021, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -

Tetsworth Fp No 65 running from the A40 London Road at OS Grid Ref SP 6941 0097 eastwards for 196m to the Lewknor Parish boundary at OS Grid Ref SP 6961 0095 to a new line running from the A40 London Road at OS Grid Ref SP 6941 0097 north-eastwards for 18m to OS Grid Ref SP 6943 0098, continuing south-eastwards for 74m to OS Grid Ref SP 6949 0095 and then eastwards for 117m to the Lewknor Parish boundary at OS Grid Ref SP 6961 0095 (Point B) and Lewknor Fp 1 running from the Tetsworth Parish boundary at OS Grid Ref SP 6961 0095 north­eastwards for 188m to OS Grid Ref SP 6978 0104 tea new line running from the Tetsworth Parish boundary at OS Grid Fief SP 6961 0095 north-eastwards for 189m through OS Grid Ref SP 6967 0100 to OS Grid Ref SP 6978 0104 where it re-joins the unaffected length of FP 1, as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford 0X1 1ND at countrysiderecords®

not later than 6th January 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretory of State tor Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
