1. (OXFORD) (CUTTESLOWE & FIVE MILE DRIVE AREA) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (VARIATION NO.7) ORDER 2021 2. OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (OXFORD, MAGDALEN ROAD SOUTH AREA) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (VARIATION N0.1) ORDER 2021 NOTICE is given that on 29 November 2021 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. Order 1. which comes into force on 6 December, in response to inappropriate parking in the vicinity of the turning area, introduces a section of 'No Waning at Any Time' (double yellow lines) prohibition in Bourne Close on the north side, from the western property boundary of No.20, around the perimeter of the turning area. The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford) (Cutteslowe & Five Mile Drive area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting restrictions) Order 2014 (as amended) is further amended accordingly.

Order 2 which comes into force on 6 December, corrects an administrative error in a schedule which erroneously referred to Charles Street instead of Essex Street. There is no change to permitted parking in either street. The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Magdalen Road South Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2019 is further amended accordingly. If you wish to question the validity of either Order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 29 November 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
