ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Eynsham Footpath 27 (206/27/10) Closure Date of Order: 29 November 2021 Coming Into force: 10 December 2021 This Order follows on from an emergency notice and is being introduced in the interest of public safety due to a failed wall along the footpath between Mill Street and Back Lane The closure is anticipated to be in place until 10 June 2022. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily Footpath 27 (link no 206/27/10). Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of bridleway. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative route is via Acre End Street and Main Street. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.
